Hallo! We are Marika and Max- we both have a great love for the same thing, which is natural wine. Max是第五代釀酒師，我的高曾祖父於1896 年創立了酒莊，至今爸爸仍然在釀造家族品牌葡萄酒，高齡90歲的奶奶則持續在家族酒窖上方的餐廳監督大家工作。Marika是一位來自Estonian， 經驗豐富的侍酒師，因為愛而留下。我們希望釀造出凸顯Rheinhessen特質的葡萄酒，同時表達對自然環境和當地葡萄品種的尊重。我們喜歡在約10 公頃的葡萄園裡因材施教，找出適合不同葡萄的耕種方式。酒窖裡，我們堅持不過濾澄清，低干預釀造。對我們來說，最重要任務是讓葡萄表現自己，每個年份都能有其特色，但不變的是乾淨、優雅、細緻的風格表現。

請問你們的釀酒哲學?
對我們而言，釀酒最重要任務是展現每年的獨特性。與大自然共生，釀造出真正能品味特定年份的葡萄酒，這對我們來說意義非凡。因此，釀造盡可能純淨的葡萄酒至關重要—堅持嚴格手工採摘，不過 濾，不添加任何添加劑等等。同時，我們追求平衡、細緻、乾淨的口感，確保每款葡萄酒都能清晰且精準地展現其特質。我們的目標是釀造充滿活力、真誠坦率、生機勃勃的葡萄酒，並始終尊重每個年份葡萄酒所蘊含的自然平衡。
可以介紹一下氣候跟土壤嗎?
葡萄園座落在Rheinhessen的Saulheim 區。這區氣候溫和，相對溫暖乾燥。陽光充足，夏季溫暖乾燥，冬季涼爽但不會太冷，生長季長，且多為向陽坡，非常有利於葡萄成熟。土壤部分，由黃土、黏土和約25%石灰岩組成。
酒標靈感?
這是幅由Marika朋友創作的畫，象徵著我們在葡萄園中感受到的能量。他被分割為24個部分，每款酒都代表著各自的能量或是喝起來的心情。象徵我們在共享能量中微小卻獨特的個體意識。

It is a great pleasure for us that our wines have found their way to you. Here in Saulheim, in the heart of Rheinhessen, our family has been cultivating vineyards for generations.
Each bottle tells a little story of our landscape: the calcareous soils,
the gentle hills, and the long tradition of winemaking in our family. We work close to nature, with plenty of handcraft and respect for the environment, to produce authentic and honest
